We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging marketing content, and support the company's digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle the company's social media platforms.
Create creative social media posts, posters, banners, reels, and promotional content.
Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and marketing activities.
Generate new and creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to understand product and campaign requirements.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
Prepare monthly/weekly social media content plans.
Track social media performance and provide basic reports and insights.
Support offline marketing activities, events,



exhibitions and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Strong creativity and visual sense.
Experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools is preferred.
Positive content writing and communication skills.
Ability to create attractive posters and social media creatives independently.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels/video editing will be an added advantage.
Ability to think creatively and come up with new marketing ideas.
Valuable coordination and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
