Key Responsibilities & Skills - Knowledge and practical experience in phlebotomy and blood collection procedures. - Proficient in ABO and Rh blood grouping. - Knowledge of cross-matching and compatibility testing. - Knowledge and experience in blood component separation, including PRBC, FFP, Platelets and Cryoprecipitate. - Proper handling, labeling, storage and processing of blood and blood components. - Knowledge of blood donor screening, sample collection and basic blood bank procedures. - Maintain proper documentation, records and quality standards as per blood bank protocols. - Ability to work efficiently in day/night shifts as required. - Freshers with relevant qualification and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
