Key Responsibilities

● Design compelling creatives across WhatsApp and other CRM channels.

● Create high-performing static and motion creatives for Meta, YouTube and other digital acquisition campaigns.

● Design lead generation assets, social media creatives and other digital marketing collateral.

● Translate briefs, customer insights and copy into transparent, engaging visual communication for different audience segments.

● Develop multiple creative variations for testing and continuously optimise designs based on campaign performance.

● Work closely with Copy, Performance Marketing and CRM teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across campaigns.

● Maintain and evolve company's visual identity and design language across digital touchpoints.

● Adapt creative concepts across formats, platforms and audience segments while maintaining consistency and quality.

● Ensure designs are transparent, conversion-focused, mobile-first and aligned with UX and brand guidelines.

● Stay updated on digital design trends, formats and creative best practices, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing, CRM, D2C or consumer brands.





● Solid portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, performance creatives and brand communication.

● Strong understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, colour and visual storytelling.

● Experience designing for Meta, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

● Ability to design both static and motion creatives; experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.

● Understanding of performance marketing and metrics such as CTR, CVR and CPL.

● Ability to interpret data and use creative testing and performance insights to improve designs.

● Strong understanding of mobile-first design and digital UX principles.

● Ability to take a brief, think independently and translate an objective into a strong visual solution.

● Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects/Premiere Pro

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
