Key Responsibilities
Handle flight sales inquiries generated through PPC campaigns.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain solid conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and ticketing processes.
Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in PPC Travel Sales / Flight Sales will be preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
Positive knowledge of international/domestic flight bookings is an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
Hiring Process
Round 1 – Telephonic Interview
Initial telephonic screening will be conducted for all profiles.
Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview
Shortlisted candidates from the telephonic round will be called for an F2F interview.
Important: Please ensure that candidates are called to the office for the Face-to-Face interview only after they have been shortlisted in the telephonic round.
