Job Summary
Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Die Incharge to manage die-related activities, ensure proper die maintenance, and support smooth production operations at the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all die-related activities in the production unit.
Ensure proper installation, setting, and maintenance of dies.
Inspect dies for wear, damage, and quality issues.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for die requirements.
Maintain records of die usage, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Ensure dies are available as per production requirements.
Monitor die performance and identify issues affecting production quality.
Coordinate die repair, polishing, modification, and maintenance work.
Ensure proper storage and handling of dies to prevent damage.
Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
Support production targets by minimizing die-related downtime.
Prepare regular reports related to die inventory and maintenance.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in die maintenance/management, preferably in an aluminium extrusion or manufacturing industry.
Valuable knowledge of dies, tools, and production processes.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting.
Positive team management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a plant/production environment.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting will be an advantage.
