Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of bakery and pastry products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, buns, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products as per recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
Handle bakery equipment, ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools safely.
Maintain proper mise en place and ensure timely preparation of bakery items.
Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and production schedules.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and report any issues to the Chef.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef, CDP, and other kitchen team members during operations.




Assist in menu development and trials of recent bakery products when required.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO practices.
Support and guide Commis and junior bakery staff.
Follow all company policies and kitchen procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in bakery/pastry operations, preferably in a premium restaurant, hotel, or hospitality brand.
Good knowledge of bakery production techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Relevant culinary/bakery certification or diploma will be an advantage.

Salary: 35k-45k

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
