We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Pharm graduates to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records, physician notes, and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
Ensure coding compliance with client and industry guidelines.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate when required.
Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Participate in coding audits, training sessions, and continuous learning activities.
Meet daily coding targets and turnaround time requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, and Medical Terminology.
Basic knowledge of disease processes and healthcare documentation.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and computer skills.
CPC, CCS, or any medical coding certification (preferred but not mandatory).
