We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented PPC Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube) campaigns.
Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
Improve CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
Coordinate with the SEO, Design,



and Web Development teams to improve landing page performance.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Robust understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with keyword research tools and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
Experience working with lead generation campaigns.
Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
