Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced food production workplace and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and mise en place.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
Wash and clean kitchen utensils, vessels, and equipment.
Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen ingredients and supplies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
Support chefs during daily production and service operations.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.




Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements
Education: No specific qualification required; basic education preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, café, or commercial kitchen preferred.
Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Valuable physical stamina and ability to work for extended periods.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays as required.
Should be disciplined, punctual, and a good team player.

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene.
Willingness to learn food preparation and kitchen operations.

Responsible and hardworking attitude.
Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
