Setting and monitoring different parameters like cash flows, profit margins to make informed decisions.
Process Compliance
Delivering desired quality standards in performance.
Complying to statutory and ISO requirements as per norms.
Working capital management
Maintaining working capital for projects and managing outstanding within norms.
Negotiating suitable terms with vendors for the project and verifying vendors work/bills.
Engineering & Technical support
Preparing Technical Submittals and getting customer approval.
