Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: B.E. (Civil Engineering)

Experience:
12 to 15 years of total experience in construction.
Minimum 5 years as Project Manager.
Must have successfully completed at least 2 residential or commercial high-rise building projects including MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and manage overall execution of high-rise residential/commercial building projects from inception to completion.
Ensure timely project delivery within defined cost, quality, and safety parameters.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
Supervise site construction activities including civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, building codes, and safety norms.
Handle contract administration,



vendor negotiations, and billing approvals.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and support staff to achieve project milestones.
Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders and provide progress reports.
Implement quality assurance and risk management practices across all project stages.

Pay: ₹607,865.21 - ₹850,000.00 per year
