Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical sessions in Child Health Nursing (Paediatrics)
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Supervise students during clinical postings and practical exams
Mentor and guide students in projects, seminars, and research
Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings
Ensure compliance with INC and university norms
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc in Child Health Nursing / Paediatric Nursing from a recognized institution
Must be registered with the State Nursing Council
Skills and Competencies:
Solid subject knowledge and teaching skills
Excellent communication and student engagement abilities
Commitment to academic and professional growth
Familiarity with nursing education standards and curriculum.
