About the job

Roles & Responsibilies:
Handle day-to-day administrave and office-related acvies.
Maintain inward/outward records and office checklists.
Assist in purchase-related acvies and follow-up with vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for quotaons, including obtaining at least 3 comparave quotes.
Negoate with vendors regarding rates, terms, delivery schedules, and other purchase-related maters.
Maintain proper records and documentaon related to office administraon and purchases.
Handle mulple tasks efficiently and ensure mely compleon.
