Role Summary

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Operations Executive to own the daily health, optimization, and performance of our online store accounts. In this role, you’ll keep our storefronts fully optimized, compliant, and operationally seamless - managing everything from product listings and promotions to store health, fulfillment tracking, and performance appeals.

Key Responsibilities
Listing & Store Optimization: Audit accounts, build and sync product catalog listings, and continuously optimize product detail pages (titles, media, descriptions) and storefront layouts for maximum conversion.
Daily Operations & Promotions: Oversee order fulfillment workflows, monitor shipping costs, and set up promotional campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and platform incentives).
Store Health & Compliance: Monitor account performance metrics, ensure strict adherence to platform policies, and troubleshoot operational or technical issues.




Dispute & Escalation Management: File and track operational appeals (listing flags, policy warnings, cancellation/refund rates) and interface with partner support teams to resolve store issues.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing e-commerce store operations, catalog management, and storefront setup.
Solid understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, conversion optimization, and store compliance.
Hands-on experience running promotional campaigns and tracking inventory/fulfillment workflows.
Sharp problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
