Responsibilities:
Assistance and Support: Provide general assistance to all departments as needed, including running errands, delivering messages, and aiding in various tasks to support production/office operations.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring and restocking office supplies, pantry items, and other necessary materials.

Handling Deliveries: Receive and distribute deliveries, packages, and mail within the organization. Coordinate with the appropriate departments for timely delivery and collection of items.

Supporting Administrative Tasks: Assist in photocopying, filing, and organizing documents as required. Aid in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment for presentations or events.

Assisting Staff: Provide support to staff members with basic tasks, such as making tea/coffee, serving refreshments during meetings, and ensuring a comfortable work environment for all.





Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Physical capability to perform cleaning and manual tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Robust communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
