Key Responsibilities
Drive machine reconditioning, refurbishment and upgradation projects to extend equipment life and improve performance.
Drive projects involving robotics, material handling, poka-yoke, vision systems, sensors, interlocks and digital monitoring.
Ensure projects are completed within defined cost, quality, safety and timeline requirements.
Drive standardization and replication of successful automation and machine reengineering solutions across plants/processes.
Competencies / Experience
10–20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, machine automation, machine maintenance, machine building
Solid hands-on experience in machine reconditioning, retrofitting and upgradation
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD/servo drives, sensors
Knowledge of robotics, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, vision systems will be added advantage
