Job Title:
Building Supervisor (or Property Operations Supervisor)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Management
Assign Duties: Schedule and allocate daily tasks for housekeeping staff, parking attendants, and security guards.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to check and verify the quality of work done by the team.
Staff Administration: Manage team attendance, leaves, shift rotations, and performance.

Vendor & AMC Management
Service Oversight: Supervise and verify services delivered under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
System Tracking: Ensure timely servicing for the multi-parking system, DG sets, elevators, Fire fighting system, pest control, and water tank cleaning etc.

Tenant & Technical Maintenance
Resolve Complaints: Act as the primary point of contact to address and resolve all tenant complaints quickly.
Technical Inspection: Use basic knowledge of plumbing, construction, and waterproofing to identify issues.




Minor Fixes: Troubleshoot minor property issues before escalating them to specialized contractors.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Building Supervisor, Facility Executive, or similar property management role.
Leadership: Solid experience managing ground staff like security, cleaners, and parking teams.
Technical Knowledge: Basic, practical understanding of plumbing, waterproofing, and construction works.
Vendor Management: Prior experience handling AMCs and coordinating with technical contractors (HVAC/DG/Elevators).
Problem Solving: Solid communication skills to handle tenant complaints professionally.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
