Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding US Accounting and Taxation training programs.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding process.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong counselling, sales, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to build rapport,



handle objections, and close admissions effectively.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Student Admissions.
