Job Title: Concrete Quality Executive / QC Executive

Job Summary
The Concrete Quality Executive is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of concrete and raw materials at the RMC/Concrete Plant. The role involves testing, inspection, documentation, and ensuring that concrete production complies with approved mix designs, specifications, and applicable quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
Conduct routine tests on raw materials as per approved procedures.
Carry out fresh concrete tests such as slump, temperature, workability, and other required tests.
Prepare concrete cube specimens and maintain proper identification and records.
Monitor concrete production as per approved mix designs.
Check batching accuracy and coordinate with the Plant Operator for any deviations.
Maintain quality control records, test reports, registers, and documentation.
Coordinate with site/project teams regarding concrete quality and testing requirements.
Monitor cube testing and maintain compressive strength records.
Identify quality deviations and report them to the QC Engineer/Quality Manager.
Assist in investigating concrete quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory/testing equipment.
Ensure proper sampling, testing, labeling, storage, and handling of specimens.
Conduct regular inspection of plant and laboratory conditions.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the laboratory and plant area.
Support internal quality audits and prepare required documentation.
