Key Responsibilities
Operate steam boilers, feed water systems, softeners, pumps, and associated utility equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, and steam generation parameters.
Perform routine boiler startup, shutdown, and operational checks as per SOPs.
Maintain boiler logbooks, utility records, and shift reports accurately.
Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of boilers and utility equipment.
Monitor boiler water quality and coordinate chemical dosing and water treatment activities.
Identify abnormalities and report equipment faults immediately to the Engineering Supervisor.
Ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production, HVAC, sterilization, and other pharmaceutical processes.




Follow Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Positive Documentation Practices (GDP), and EHS guidelines.
Ensure compliance with Boiler Act, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain housekeeping in the boiler house and utility area.
Assist during annual shutdowns, boiler inspections, audits, and validation activities.
Participate in emergency response activities related to boiler operations.
Support energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
