DiVa's House is a premium designer fashion studio specializing in curated Indian wear and luxury fashion. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Drive sales through effective product recommendations.
Handle customer queries via store, phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Support sales and marketing activities.
Manage stock, inventory, and product displays.
Maintain billing and sales records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and customer service.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
Well-groomed, proactive, and sales-oriented.
Retail experience is preferred; freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
