Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and farmers from the provided data.
Explain the company's services to customers.
Generate new leads and maintain customer details.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule meetings for the sales team.
Update daily call reports.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
1 year of experience in Tele calling, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
Preferred:
Experience: Tele calling, Sales, or Calling will be an added advantage.
