Responsible for installation, and servicing of water treatment systems. Key responsibilities include:
Monitor cooling water, boiler water, ETP/STP and chemical dosing systems.
Coordinate with customers and provide technical support.
Conduct routine water testing and maintain service reports.
Troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues at customer sites.
Maintain service records and ensure timely closure of service complaints.
Optimize chemical dosing and treatment programs.
