Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
Identify current markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Lead complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Drive revenue growth for automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, control systems, drives, field instruments, and transmitters.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
Manage, train, and mentor the sales team.
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance KPIs.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Provide coaching and support to improve conversion rates and deal closures.

Business Development & Key Account Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and OEMs.
Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
Identify strategic partnerships to expand business reach.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Technical & Product Expertise
Solid understanding of industrial automation products including:
PLC, SCADA, HMI systems
Controllers, drives, sensors
Provide technical guidance to clients in coordination with engineering teams.
