Introduction

What you'll do
You’ll act as an escalation point for the Service Hub, resolving incidents, requests, and changes in line with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.




You’ll perform incident analysis, reporting, and knowledge management while driving continuous service improvements and tracking vendor/SLA performance.
You’ll support projects and system upgrades by working with internal teams and vendors, ensuring smooth transitions into BAU and effective stakeholder engagement.
