Turning Point Wellness Centre is a holistic addiction recovery and mental health centre dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery. Our approach combines evidence-based psychological interventions, individualized recovery planning, and the 12-Step philosophy to address the root causes of addiction—not just the symptoms.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual addiction counselling and recovery coaching sessions.
Deliver engaging psychoeducation sessions on addiction, recovery, mental health, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and life skills.
Guide clients through personalized recovery plans and 12-Step work.
Facilitate process groups, support groups, and therapeutic group discussions.
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Provide motivation, accountability, and emotional support throughout the recovery journey.
Participate in family sessions and multidisciplinary case discussions when required.




Uphold skilled ethics, confidentiality, and compassionate care.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Addiction Studies, or a related field.
Certification in Addiction Counselling is preferred.
Experience working in addiction treatment, rehabilitation, or mental health settings.
Robust understanding of substance use disorders and behavioural addictions.
Knowledge of the 12-Step Program and recovery principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
