Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Promotion
Create engaging reels, videos, and digital content showcasing school activities, events, student achievements, and infrastructure.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos during school events and daily activities.
Manage and regularly update the school’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate admissions enquiries.
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and outreach programs.
Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures,



posters, and digital creatives.

Admissions & Parent Relationship
Counsel prospective parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Assist parents in completing admission formalities and documentation.
Maintain admission records and reports.

Reception & Administration
Welcome parents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage the front desk, telephone calls, appointments, and visitor registers.
Maintain accurate student and admission data in the School ERP.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure the reception and lobby area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative activities as assigned by the school management.
