Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Run and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
Generate organic leads through effective SEO strategies, content optimization, and social media marketing.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across social media platforms.
Analyze campaign reports, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other marketing metrics to improve performance.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create high-converting marketing campaigns.




Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, performance marketing, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, PPC campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Experience in generating organic leads through SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Valuable understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, and copywriting will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
