Localization Vendor & Project Coordination Manager

Location: Delhi, Hauz Khas (Work from Office)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage localization vendors, translators, voice artists, and freelancers.
Coordinate translation, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and video production projects.
Allocate resources and assign work based on project requirements.
Track project timelines, quality, budgets, and vendor performance.
Maintain artist databases, rate cards, and availability trackers.
Coordinate vendor invoices and payment processes.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Localization, Vendor Management, or Project Coordination.
Solid knowledge of translation, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, and media localization workflows.




Experience with project management and CAT tools (Smartcat, SDL Trados, Jira, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with AI-assisted localization tools is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
