Vedas Home Store is looking for an experienced Retail Salesperson for our store in Ranchi.
We are looking for someone who understands customer handling, retail selling and achieving sales targets, and can build valuable relationships with customers.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience:
Must have worked in a retail store in Ranchi or nearby areas:
Previous experience in a furniture, home décor, furnishing, lifestyle or similar retail store will be preferred:
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Presentable, disciplined and professional
Robust sales attitude and ability to achieve monthly targets
Good knowledge of the Ranchi market and local customers
Stable employment background and good professional references preferred
Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Convert enquiries and visitors into sales
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain good customer relationships
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Coordinate with the store team for stock availability, billing and deliveries
Maintain proper product display and store presentation
