Trueport Operator (DA & Port Costs Operator)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Trueport Operator (DA & Port Costs Operator) to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves reviewing and validating Disbursement Accounts (DAs), managing port costs, coordinating with port agents and ship owners/managers, and ensuring accurate, transparent, and efficient port cost operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate PDAs/FDAs and Disbursement Accounts (DAs).
Benchmark and optimize port costs across the agency network.
Coordinate with port agents, ship owners, and managers for smooth operations.
Review Charter Parties (CPs) to identify cost recovery prospects.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports.
Handle KYC, prefunding, and payment reconciliation.
Investigate DA discrepancies and ensure cost accuracy.
Support process improvements and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime operations, port agency, ship management, or DA processing.
Experience in PDA/FDA preparation, DA validation, port cost analysis,



or commercial shipping operations.
Knowledge of port tariffs, Charter Parties (CPs), and vessel operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with maritime platforms such as IMOS, Sedna, SharePoint, or similar systems.
Knowledge of commercial shipping operations and performance reporting.
