Job Title: Shipping/ Logistics and Documentation Executive

Location: Mumbai, Delhi (Full time, In office)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

I. Shipping & Logistics Operations
Independently managing incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination, BL Issuance.
Handle end-to-end import and export logistics processes
Ensure compliance with customs formalities and international shipping regulations
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation
Supervise inspections and survey compliances
Coordinate with freight partners to get the competitive freight rates and ensure timely delivery schedules.
Appoint Inspection agencies (SGS / BV/ Intertek/ SK Mitra) at Load/ Discharge Ports.
Take Insurance
FCR/ Warehouse Operations
Container movement operation
Co-ordinating with CHA

II. Maritime & Charter Operations
Charter party post fixture execution.
Liaise with brokers, ship owners, logistics partners, Ports and agents
Monitor laytime calculations and statements of facts




Conduct net pass voyage calculations
Manage documentation related to marine insurance and P&I; club compliance
Ensure adherence to maritime laws and sanctions

III. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare LC Documents/ Complying presentation under LC.
Prepare and verify shipping documents including mates receipt, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and regulatory paperwork
Manage Sales and Purchase contracts w.r.t shipping, logistics and warehousing
Monitor shipment tracking systems (including PurpleTRAC or equivalent tools)
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory frameworks
Switch BL operations
