About the role
We're an ed-tech platform building courses, live classes and a mobile learning app. We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer who has personally run and scaled paid campaigns — not just managed an agency. You'll own paid acquisition end to end: budget, creative direction, targeting, measurement and CAC.
What you'll do
Own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App Campaigns), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic/native networks
Plan and manage monthly ad budgets with transparent CAC, ROAS and enrollment targets
Build full-funnel journeys: lead ads → landing page → nurture → paid conversion
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages
Set up and own tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Firebase, UTM discipline, and attribution reporting
Drive app installs and in-app purchases through app install and re-engagement campaigns
Work with design and content teams to brief high-performing ad creatives and short-form video
Report weekly on spend,
funnel metrics and pipeline to leadership
What we're looking for
6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with the majority in performance marketing
Excellent, demonstrable expertise across all major ad types — search, display, video, social, shopping/catalog, app install, remarketing/retargeting and lead-gen ads
Proven record of scaling spend while keeping CAC in control (please share numbers: monthly budget handled, ROAS, CAC)
Robust analytics ability — comfortable in GA4, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio and Excel/Sheets
Sharp creative and copy judgement; can write and brief ad copy that converts
Experience with landing page optimisation and CRO
Ed-tech, D2C or app-based consumer marketing experience is a robust plus
Nice to have
Marketing automation (HubSpot, CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage)
Influencer and affiliate marketing
