We are looking for a proactive and responsible Travel Operations Manager to oversee both field and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage both office-based (in office) and on-field (off-site) travel operations.
Coordinate with clients before, during, and after trips.
Work closely with mentors, guides, safari vehicles / drivers, naturalists and local partners to ensure smooth operations.
Plan and execute safari and travel logistics.
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for every client.

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work both in the field and from the office.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
A responsible, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,142.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month
