We are looking for an experienced and strategically driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and financial strategy of the company.

The CFO will be responsible not only for overseeing accounting and financial reporting, but also for providing strategic financial advice to the leadership team, managing investments, developing financial models, evaluating business opportunities, supporting fundraising, controlling financial risks, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Business Advisory
Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with its business goals and expansion plans.
Provide strategic financial advice to the founders and management team for major business decisions.
Evaluate the financial viability, profitability and risks associated with current projects, partnerships, expansions and investments.
Develop long-term financial plans, forecasts and financial growth strategies.




Advise management on cost optimisation, profitability improvement and productive allocation of capital.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
Prepare annual and project-wise budgets, financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify significant variances.
Develop financial models for recent projects, productions, tours, investments and business expansions.
Plan and manage working capital requirements and maintain healthy cash flows.
Establish financial controls to ensure efficient utilisation of company resources.
Investment Management & Advisory
Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to the leadership team.
Develop investment strategies based on the company's financial objectives, risk appetite and available capital.
