Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:
Identify and generate current business opportunities through research and outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
Support proposal preparation, presentations, and sales documentation.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and target accounts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with technical, marketing, and recruitment teams to support business requirements.
Participate in client meetings, webinars, trade events, and networking activities when required.
Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Job Requirement:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Understanding of B2B sales or technology services is an added advantage.




Willingness to learn about semiconductor, embedded, software, and digital engineering services.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to work towards sales targets.

MBA (Marketing/Sales) graduates are preferred
