Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, purchase orders, contract administration, and supplier performance management.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast purchasing requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, pricing trends, and procurement opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements to maximize cost savings.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on purchasing performance, cost savings, supplier performance, and spending trends.
Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, invoicing, and contract compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and supply chain performance.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks while ensuring business continuity.
