Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring to meet hiring targets.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
