Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls as required.
Generate leads and convert prospective customers into sales.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure qualified communication.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and target-oriented.
Prior telesales/telecalling experience in healthcare industry will be preferred.
