The IT Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to users, maintaining IT infrastructure, assisting with hardware and software management, ensuring smooth operation of network-connected devices, and supporting business operations across corporate offices, factories, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
User Support
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Resolve hardware and software issues within defined turnaround times.
Assist employees with IT-related queries and troubleshooting.

Hardware & Asset Management
Install, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and scanners.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Track warranty and AMC details for IT assets.

Software Support
Ensure antivirus software and operating system updates are applied regularly.
Assist in maintaining software license compliance.

Network & Infrastructure Support
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity,



switches, and network printers.
Assist in monitoring local servers, shared drives, and backup processes.
Escalate complex network or server issues to the IT Manager.

Biometric & Attendance System Support
Register recent employees in biometric attendance systems.
Troubleshoot attendance devices and synchronization issues.
Coordinate with HR to resolve attendance-related technical concerns.

Factory & Warehouse IT Support
Provide technical support for ERP terminals, barcode scanners, label printers, CCTV systems, and other operational IT equipment.
Ensure mínimal disruption to manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Information Security
Follow company IT security policies and password guidelines.
Support data backup activities.
Ensure antivirus protection is active on all assigned systems.
Report security incidents immediately.
