NPI Manager / Head NPI

The NPI Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the NPI department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Main duties / responsibilities
Managing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production schedules are met.
Leading, training, and managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to improve overall team capabilities.
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate production resources and resolve technical, quality, and cost issues during the manufacturing process.
Overseeing the evaluation, quotation, technical support, and project follow-up for new projects, ensuring smooth transition into mass production.
Promoting the development of production automation and information systems to increase the intelligence level of production lines.
Managing the selection, procurement, installation, debugging, acceptance, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Developing and refining production-related process documentation, work instructions,



and quality standards to ensure product quality.
Ensuring a secure, clean, and organized production workplace through effective shop floor management.

Collecting and analysing production data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in production management.
