We are a Kerala based Real Estate Developer. We are currently seeking energetic and goal-oriented sales person to join our growing team. This role requires robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Our Projects are mostly based in Kerala & Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties
Tele-call leads, attend client meetings, and handle inquiries
Generate personal leads via offline and online channels.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and project details
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales:
Solid negotiation and customer-handling skills
Skilled communication and presentability
Having proficiency in multiple languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) will be an added advantage
