About the Role

What We're Looking For
5+ years of qualified frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
Strong understanding of unit testing and experience writing maintainable unit tests using modern testing frameworks.
Experience leading technical initiatives and driving architectural improvements.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical reviews.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Design and architect scalable frontend features and systems.
Drive technical design discussions and make architectural decisions.
Identify prospects for refactoring and improving the maintainability of the codebase.
Establish and promote frontend best practices, coding standards,



and development workflows.
Review designs and code to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.

Product Development
Build and deliver complex frontend features from design through production.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement solutions.
Own feature delivery while balancing quality, performance, and timelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term improvements.

Mentoring & Team Development
Mentor frontend engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
Support engineers in their technical growth and career development.
Provide regular feedback and participate in quarterly performance reviews.
Help onboard recent engineers and improve team development practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with backend teams to define APIs and integration patterns.
