Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, browsers, and internet troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure during live examination support.
Positive typing and documentation skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in a customer support, help desk, or technical support role is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of online examination platforms is preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
