Job Title:IT Coordinator

Position Summary

The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, software vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and effective ERP operations while driving continuous process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Governance
Develop and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Define ERP governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
Ensure ERP systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business growth.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend system enhancements.

ERP Operations & Support
Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure high system availability.
Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
Monitor ERP performance and implement continuous improvements.





Implementation & Projects
Lead ERP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Drive business process standardization across departments.

Business Process Improvement
Analyze business processes and identify prospects for automation.
Recommend ERP configuration improvements to enhance efficiency.
Support process redesign initiatives and digital transformation programs.
Ensure ERP workflows comply with organizational policies.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact between business departments and IT.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review system performance.
