Job Description - Agronomist / Sales Coach & Trainer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Training & Development:
Design and deliver induction training programs for current joiners.
Conduct sales training on:
Sales pitch quality
Script adherence
Product pricing
Deliver agronomy training based on products, crops, and seasonal requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly assessment schedules and certification tests.
Develop training materials, including:
Crop-specific leaflets
Seasonal product pitching guides
Product knowledge documents
Technical learning content
Plan seasonal training programs aligned with crop cycles and market demand.

Performance Monitoring & Quality Audits:
Conduct quality audits of:
Sales calls
KYC calls
CRM records
Partner/vendor interactions
Verify CRM data against recorded calls and historical call logs.
Audit product pricing accuracy and process compliance.




Evaluate employee competency in:
Product knowledge
CRM usage
Pricing accuracy
Agronomy advisory
Sales communication
Monitor the daily performance of current employees and recommend training interventions.

Agronomy & Field Support:
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and participate in agricultural expos.
Provide technical agronomy support to sales teams through Slack and internal discussions.
Assist the Marketing team in creating:
Crop advisory content
Product usage guides
Seasonal agriculture content
Investigate product performance complaints and support technical resolution and refund assessments.

Sales & Seasonal Planning:
Collaborate with sales teams to forecast seasonal demand.
Identify priority crops and products based on seasonal trends.
Support the development of seasonal sales strategies and product pitching plans.

Administration & Compliance:
Maintain warning registers for
