Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and lead vision screening camps at corporate offices and other assigned locations
Conduct vision assessments, including refraction and basic eye health checks
Supervise and guide a team of optometrists, technicians, and support staff during camps
Coordinate with corporate HR/CSR teams for scheduling and pre-camp communication
Ensure equipment readiness, material availability, and overall camp preparedness
Maintain accurate beneficiary records, documentation, and screening reports
Prepare and submit post-camp reports with key findings and recommendations
Willingness to travel to other cities or client locations as per project needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom) / Diploma in Optometry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
