Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present company services.
Visit prospective clients to generate recent business and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.




Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, IT services, or B2B service sales will be an added advantage.
