Key Responsibilities (15 TO 22 YEARS OF EXP)
Manage and supervise the daily dispatch operations.
Plan, schedule, and assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, transporters, and customer service teams.
Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
Track vehicle utilization and driver performance.
Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer escalations.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor GPS tracking systems and respond to operational exceptions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Manage dispatch team schedules, training, and performance.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
