Qualification: Any Diploma/ BE
Valuable working knowledge on various manufacturing processes such as metal forming, machining, welding etc. and Assembly techniques.
Knowledge on surface preparation such as painting will be an added advantage
Shall be familiar with ferrous as well as non ferrous metals such as Brass, Bronze, and Aluminum etc.
Comprehensive working knowledge on Quality systems such as IATF 16949 and EMS 14001, preferable to have internal auditor certification
Must be familiar with Poka Yoke, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Quality circles etc.
Must have working knowledge on FMEA, APQP, PPAP and 8D procedures
Shall possess valuable understanding and implementation of SPC techniques
Familiarity with Six Sigma, QFD, DOE will be added advantage
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
